Yeah, I’m a billionaire.
And no, it’s not about money.
I’m treating time as a currency.
I’m a time billionaire. And so are you.
You see, 1 billion seconds is approximately 31 years.
So, if you’re in your 20s, you’ve around two billion seconds left.
If you’re in your 50s, you’ve around one billion seconds left.
(Assuming you’ll live up to 80 years.)
So, you have a billion seconds. And I’m telling you this because most of us (myself included) don’t value our time at all.
We take it for granted.
I’ve spent days worrying about the future, regretting the past, and trying to solve problems that don’t even exist. That’s such a waste of time: thinking but not doing anything.
But it’s not too late. Now, I’ve realized time is the most precious currency we have. You can earn more money, but you can’t earn more time.
So, here’s your reminder to spend this currency carefully. To cherish every moment with your loved ones. To live every second to the fullest.
This is your life, and it’s ending one minute at a time.
